Motivation
To show people that sport can join all us together nevertheless you are young or old, nevertheless you are different from others. Also, I want to prove that physical statу is extremely important if you want to be a dancer, artist or any one else. Because sport is foundation!!
I have both - personal and professional interests. Sports is my passion since childhood: I was doing synchronised swimming and gymnastics for 4 years, I played volleyball for 3 years and i have been involved in Materials Arts for 5 years. I have never been in an outdoor project, but I know a lot about this kind of activity. This summer me and my colleague have decided to organise a YE: an outdoor activity for disabled people about ecology. It seems very exciting for me! But to have a better understanding I'd really love to receive my own experience on the outdoor activities first. Looking forward to it a lot
So I am sure that after this training course I’ll prove that it’s extremely important today for people to realize, that only a person, who develops a multicultural competence, can open many doors, living in a modern, increasingly globalized world.
I think that sharing experience is a great way to learn and perfect your skills in every branch of life. Therefore, I see this exchange as an ideal opportunity to learn new stuff, share experience regarding sport life on an international level and meet new people with similar interests.
I want to share my experience with other young people from different countries, to share and learn different traditions, also when I heard about the topic I loved it because my whole life I'm in sports, and I best way to get over our differences is throw sports where we need to connect in all kind of ways, to work in teams.
I am motivated by the fact that this exchange program allows the youth to get informal education, prosper ways of thinking, create and share. I am convinced that I can gain a considerable deal of organisation and communication skills through the Youth Exchange. It enables us to learn how to work in a group and solo. And to sum up, this a perfect opportunity for discovering the world around and broadening our horizons.
I believe that mixing a lot of arts such as theatre,music,dance etc would give a perfect result and an incredible experience, especially when working in such an multicultural environment.
I wish to gain information how to organise even like this in Slovenia, have a powerful insight on how Youth Exchanges works and promote Youth Exchanges among other youngsters.
“Success is the result of perfection, hard work, learning from failure, loyalty, and persistence.” These immortal words of Colin Powell are the words I live by too. I am extremely hard worker and I will work hard to reach my aims. I also do agree that there is so much of xenophobia and marginalization, taking into account immigration, refugees, financial workers, students etc in the world. This is why it's so important to stick to the main human basic instincts - peace and love. All this can be shared and provided by sports and outdoor activites. All these practices can be implemented into the work in homeland and shared among locals.
The last 25 years the post-soviet space is situated in the undergoing process of dynamic transformation. The system of relations between countries, governments, political and social institutions is changing. These processes are accompanied by active social and political debate. Ukraine has a chance to become a "success story" for the post-Soviet space in the processes of democratization and European integration. Today we can observe how many politicians, public figures, journalists, scientists and other, argue about the huge range of existing problems and a variety of obstacles to solutions these problems. More often they talk about the legal, social, financial, economic barriers. From personal experience, I can say that to solve serious problems and achieve a positive result it’s requires the following factors: values, team skills and the communityThe issue of European integration is very actual for Ukraine. Ideas of joining to the European Union and the commitment to democratic values were the basic during the Orange Revolution and the Revolution of Dignity. These values are crucial for me. However, critics of the democratic values and EU ideas use every opportunity for manipulation and distribution of incomplete (often false) information.
Intercultural exchange and global communities are great sources of motivation and self-development. It's a chance to discover your inner values, meet different people from all over the world and challenge yourself. For me Youth Exchange is an opportunity to discover more about global trends and together with participants from other countries learn more about tolerance, gender equality and social justice.
