The project is funded by Erasmus+ Youth, within the KA1 Mobility of Youthworkers - Programme Countries.

Partners are coming from Cyprus, Romania,    Greece, Turkey, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria and Poland.

Each partner will be represented by 2 youthworkers for a Training Course in Cyprus, hosted and organized by NECI CY.

The project ''RSG" is designed to fix the mismatch between the policy and practice of our NGOs in relation to the efficient support of yw (especially those with fewer opportunities). All partners aim to empower our yw to:

-increase their awareness on the new structure of multiethnic, intercultural communities.

-acquire and implement successful practices of Social Inclusion within their organizations

-to recognize the causes (factor x) that influence the implementation of Social Inclusion

-promote Social (and Gender) Equity &

-be able to assist efficiently youngsters within their society to turn into more Active Citizens and Pax in the society.

During the 10 days TC we will:

- implement tools and methods mainly from NFL (like simulations, debriefing, case studies, Role Play, Theater based sessions, reflection etc),

- have sessions with migrants and refugees in Asylum Center

- invite other relevant stakeholders and local NGOs to share practices during the TC week;

- promote visibility and disseminate the power of E+ programme and results;

- establish a stable and fruitful impact to the pax, to their organizations, to local, regional and wider LLL Society.

 

Objectives about:

   *Social Inclusion-Equity:

1. To share and suggest practices of social inclusion, especially for migrants’ and refugees’ issues, between yw with fewer opportunities;

2. Youthworkers to be trained in the planning and implementing of practices for empowering social inclusion;

3. Youthworkers to increase awareness how NFL can be an effective tool for enhancing social inclusion;

   *Active Participation:

4. To increase awareness on the importance of youth work in the society;

5. To develop basic and transversal skills in all fields of youth work and training, using innovative and YWs' centered pedagogical and NF approaches;

6. To improve the level of key competences and skills, with particular regards a cohesive society;
