Motivation
I’m interested in Human Rights and social inclusion topics. I also participate in other shaping policies seminars under the E+ and I would like to improve and learn more about these. I am also a Youth worker in my organization which part of its work is to promote social inclusion, inclusive education ect
Have a practical experience related to my former studies
The oportunity to be part of this project, know more about trainning, courses and have a good intercultural experience.
I'd like to increase my soft skills and intercultural awareness. It will be awesome opportunity to work in international teams, exchange ours points of view and make friends around the Europe. It will give me positive energy to bring into existence the power of promoting equality between sometimes intolerant society.
I have been volunteer almost all my adult life, and now I´m passing to the "professional" sector , always related to development of societies, Politics (as real measures that tackle problems and give solutions), So i think this project, can be an excellent opportunity to meet and discuss with a lot of professionals that have similar goals as mine, (Humans rights, Youth empowerment, Equality, etc) as to share my own experiences and visions, that I hope that will be interesting for the others. Everything in order to learn new methods and new abilities to achieve new and greater goals and maybe create new partnerships between the participants.
I'm interested in non-formal methods of education, because in the future I would like to work with young people. I believe that this project would expand my knowledge about this theme. I want to share my experience and see the experience the people from other countries. I'm studying law and I'm writing my thesis about human rights. I've never been in Asylum Center, so it can be really interesting experience for me. In Poland we're not talking a lot about emigrants (if yes - it's a lot of negative opinions), so I would like to check how does it work in practice
I want to know more about refugees and inmigration policy that the EU do. I also want to get involved in a european project.
I work youth people. I want to learn good ways to help migrants. I want to increase awareness on the importance of youth work in the society.

I would like to develop my knowledge, to discover new perspectives, meet new people and learn, share and disseminate all the information that i have acquired so far.The will to learn more about the subject and to disseminate it further.
I would like to increase my network of international contacts with which to realize future collaborations and I would like to know new cultures, developing increasingly a multicultural attitude. An experience like this allows me an educational, professional and personal growth. This TC is particularly of interest to me because it's related to my studies, therefore I would like the opportunity to develop and progress within this field
My engagement with volunteering in recent years to improve the conditions of the local community I live in
I am a supporter of multiculturalism and I like to get in touch with people of different cultures. It is my pleasure to cooperate with different groups of people and it is my strong belief that as a teacher my contribution to this programme would be of great importance.
