Sports Activities: The Path to Social inclusion
Erasmus+, Mobility of Youthworkers
The project " Sports Activities: The path to Social Inclusion'' was designed to support 26 youthworkers from partner organizations (Cyprus, Bulgaria, Italy, Greece, Spain, Latvia, Malta, Romania) and inspire the wider lifelong learning community on how to improve social inclusion practices through education through sport.
During this TC they enhanced and enriched the repertoire of inclusive practices of their youth workers when they work in the ongoing changing society they live in. By the end of the project there was an increased impact on the improvement of basic key competences for youth workers and increased awareness on how social inclusion can be supported through sports.
The project week was based mainly on sports activities and Education through Sport practice using NFL, but also activities with refugees in Asylum Camp of Kofinou.
