ABOUT
The youth exchange "Developing by Sharing" was a quite challenging experience; demanding schedule, many products to create and on-the-way obstacles to overcome.
I gained knowledge about E+ project writing and management, but the most important thing I learnt was about group dynamics, how a big group like this gets connected, bonded, overcoming obstacles and different situations. I interacted with people from diverse backgrounds, with various skills and personalities and I really enjoyed the moments when I could share my own knowledge and understanding about the topics of the exchange, and not only.
A few days later, I'm happy I had the opportunity to attend to this exchange, above all reasons, because of the friends I made <3 Thank you #ErasmusPlus and #NECIcy!

DEVELOPING BY SHARING
Bekir Dermendzhiev
During the Erasmus project “Developing by sharing” i had the opportunity to meet a lot of people all over the world and make new friends and networks. Learning about their culture and way of live gave me a wider horizon. Another imoprtant thing is that speaking in english and their own language helped me improve my own english and to learn part of their language. By sharing our ideas about future projects and learn about how to create,execute projects, track projects, report on projects. Also had the opportunity to develop and grow my personal skills, in which i was not so good at. At all the experience was joyful and full of funny moments, fruitfull and unforgettable. I hope to see again all the people in the project again and see how the project changed their lives. Thank You and all the people, executing this project, without You this will not happen.

This project has been a good opportunity to learn how to be closer to our people, regardless of country, culture, tradition.

This project has been a new experience that I will surely repeat. I liked the intercultural nights, because I have known the culture of different countries. It is a good way to improve the language and meet wonderful people. Regarding this erasmus, I would have liked to do the other time skills, because they are a good way to clear up after being all day with the project

This experience has meant a lot to me. It allowed me to grow both in human terms, making new friends and acquaintances, and in cultural terms, improving my English and my knowledge of the world. I learned what it means to work in a team, sharing their experiences and abilities, in order to reach a single final goal.
These moments are linked to many memories that I will carry with me forever, from the pressure to finish a job using a foreign language, to laugh with the other participants in every single free moment
