Venue Arrival: 20 May 2022 /Departure: 28 May 2022

The Training Course took place to Protaras. The accommodation was located 65 km from the Larnaca International Airport. Participants was accommodated in small houses of 3 rooms. They slept 3 persons per house (1 double bed/2 single beds/2 sofa beds).

The project met International, EU and E+ objectives because:

-encourages participation of youth workers and youths, especially the ones with fewer opportunities -secures safety and pleasant NF learning environment 3 -promotes the development of:

*learning outcomes and improvement of basic key competences

*practices for intercultural learning, equity and social inclusion

*it's a project from youth workers to youths and community.

The Training Course was held in Cyprus, hosted by NECI EU and had the following topic:

(a) To suggest tools and practices that can enhance youthworkers capacity and professional development

(b) To analyse how youthworkers input can be an efficient impact to youths’ and community development

(c) To promote intercultural learning through non formal method which will assist youthworkers expertise

(d) To develop awareness on the importance of youthwork and sustainable impact through visibility and dissemination techniques
