our Trainers
The main trainer and project manager for the Activity (TC) will be Renos Georgiou who is non formal trainer since 2004 and formal educator since 1999. He worked with international trainers from ISCA, from Council of Europe and SALTO Pool of Trainers. He also attended courses on educational and developmental psychology, on Nationalism and Ethnicity, graduated MA in Educational and Social Inclusion, MA in Special Education, Certified in Personal Coaching. He has designed and implemented international projects under Socrates Comenius under the Mult-Part Action, among which some of them were awarded by E.C and presented in Brussels for their innovative input. Moreover he designed and implemented more than 50 international projects under YiA, funded by NA CY and other EU NAs. Recently he applied and implemented KA1 projects in EU and in local NA while at the same time he trains locally other member of our organization and of our Branches as project managers and active leaders. Overall he is experienced on NFL for Social media, social inclusion healthy lifestyle and key competences. He is NF trainer the last 14 years and cooperated with many other organizations abroad. He recently prepared and delivered trainings on social inclusion, conflict management and Self Development in several European countries (Bulgaria-Bansko July 2015, Greece-Zakynthos October 2015, TCA NA Cyprus- Kakopetria November 2015, Cyprus- Larnaca March 2016, Romania-Busteni July 2016, Romania-Hunedoara August 2016, Turkey-Smyrne August 2016, Italy-Formia August 2016, Poland-Wroclaw September 2016, Turkey-Kayseri July 2017, Zakynthos April 2018 and June 2018 and Estonia 2019). He is also appointed as one of the partners/cotrainers in Network for European Citizenship and Identity of Malta, Cyprus, Romania, Armenia, Spain, Turkey, Greece and Italy because of his experience in delivering and planning trainings on professional development and social inclusion. He is also appointed by NA Cyprus as one the the two trainers at the TCA for October 2017.
Bojan Kocevski is an active member of CET Platform Greece and also member of CET Platform International (Skopja, and Poland). Bojan is a youth worker, project manager and trainer that is involved in youth work and non-formal education from 2008. Bojan has extensive knowledge of civil society work, working with young people, possess strong leadership and managerial skills and have attended, worked as trainer/facilitator or managed more than 60 local and international projects with young people from different cultural backgrounds from all around Europe. His trainer’s competence and expertise is in the fields of communication, campaigning and using ICT in youth work and non-formal education.For the past 7 years, Bojan have worked professionally and as external expert with many different NGO’s and youth organisations from around Europe such as: “Association for progress, education and lobbying” (www.pel.mk) and “Urbano Opshtestvo” (www.urbanoopstestvo.mk) from North Macedonia, “TDM2000 Polska” from Poland (www.tdm2000.pl), CET platform organisations in Serbia, Croatia and Poland (www.cetplatform.org) and “Youth Support Centre” from Poland. In the past 5 years, Bojan is also working as freelance trainer and project manager for organisations from EU and Western Balkans. Bojan’s experience and expertise in the youth and civil society work have resulted with him being appointed in 2015 as a network coordinator of CET Europe network.Bojan academic background is in Journalism for which he has Bachelor degree from the Faculty “Iustinianius Primus” in Skopje. He has years of professional experience working in radio, TV and online media. Bojan have volunteered, did practical work and worked in the Daily news desk in Macedonian National TV, University Radio of Skopje University and commercial radio stations City Radio and Club FM. Bojan have particular interest and expertise in online media and social networks and have worked on or created the following websites: www.hitportal.com.mk, www.pel.mk, www.tdm2000.pl and www.youthworkacademy.eu, www.total.org.pl. Bojan is also working with content management systems and blog platforms for the last 8 years and have semi-professional experience in creating content and working on Wordpress.
